ABOUT OUR CONTAINERS...

They have been selected with your pet's safety in mind. Our kookies were originally packaged in food-quality reclosable plastic bags, but we soon learned the liver aroma caused many Smackin' Snax fanciers to sneak Snax at inappropriate times and places. Entire packages disappeared from mailboxes, counter tops and cupboards! In our concern for your pets' health, and in an effort to prevent ingestion of the packaging, we now use a more pet-safe plastic jar. The special lids and tamper evident seals create an oxygen and moisture barrier to keep Smackin' Snax special flavor and the tantalizing aroma locked in ... until YOU decide it's time for Smackin' Snax.

We show care in our cellophane packs, too.

For our Special Occasion cello packages we use 100% biodegradable cellophane bags made from trees farmed and harvested specifically for cellophane manufacture.
